Libby never expected to be a dating app success story, but four years after meeting her boyfriend on Hinge, here we are. At 25, she's a Marketing Manager, weiner dog mom, and eternal optimist (she was convinced her boyfriend was a catfish but still showed up to the first date). Libby brings honesty, curiosity, and a sense of humor to conversations about modern dating, digging into what’s messy, what’s meaningful, and what actually works when it comes to relationships today.

    Introverted but willing to discuss the pork buns from Pike Place Market in Seattle, nothing makes Karina Lopez happier than eating food that makes you stutter upon the first bite. Just ask her husband of 5 years, who knew she was the one when he witnessed her body shake in excitement at the thought of eating a Chili’s skillet cookie. Karina believes in the simplicity of marrying your best friend and hopes to inspire that same sense of joy and connection through her work.

    Kaitlyn is the friend you go to for great advice—just don’t expect her to take it herself. After several failed relationships (and a few too many ice cream-fueled crying sessions), she’s finally found a good one—assuming he can keep up with her constant need for attention (spoiler: he can). A film fanatic and anime lover, she’s always down to dissect a storyline or recommend a show you’ll get hooked on. Now, she’s on a mission to help others find self-love, real love, and maybe a better taste in movies.

    Meet Chacho, the four-legged legend of the office and our official Chief "Barketing" Officer. A rescue from Puerto Rico with a heart as big as his bark, he takes his duties seriously—whether it's greeting every visitor, guarding the premises, or passionately pursuing his lifelong nemesis: squirrels. His favorite toy? His own bed. His favorite activity? Soaking up all the pets. A Chihuahua-terrier mix with a big personality, Chacho proves that sometimes the smallest team member has the biggest impact.
